Release of Responsibility:

By attending the Black Girl Picnic hosted by BLK GRL CONGLOMERATE, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, theft, or, in rare cases, death. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

In consideration of being allowed to attend and participate in the Black Girl Picnic, I hereby release, waive, and discharge BLK GRL CONGLOMERATE, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, vendors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, theft, or death that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in or attending this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLK GRL CONGLOMERATE and all associated parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may result from my participation or presence at the event.

By attending the event, I confirm that I have read this Release of Responsibility Acknowledgement, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by it.

Refund Policy:

Your ticket is a donation to BLK GRL CONGLOMERATE, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Every dollar helps fund wellness, literacy, and community programs for Black women and girls in Detroit.
